Depending upon capacity, voltage level, copper or aluminum wire and foils are used in our winding facility to form rectangular or circular coils by using automated foil winding machine or rectangular as well as round wire winding machines.
Foil winding machine
Coils are wound on heavy kraft board forms to provide both highly
mechanical strength and basic insulation to ground.
Electrical insulation Kraft papers, corrugated Kraft board, sticks are used through out winding process and finally these coils are pressed and adjust its final sizes and shape.
Various types of windings are used: multi layer, spiral, and foil. Impregnating of coils is also carried out for special transformers.
