All our tanks are fitted with corrugation fins or radiator
type produced in-house using automatic fin folding machine and the
welding is done by using automatic welding line as well.
The use of automatic fin folding and automated welding machines in fabricating tank is to ensure conformity to size dimension, heat dissipation and leak-free good quality transformer tank.
The tanks are either powder coated or painted with two epoxy primer coats and two urethane finishing paint. An intricate metal surface treatment by sand grits blasting process is to ensure conformity with corrosion test requirements.
The high grain oriented silicon steel laminations are then squeezed into rectangular sizes; lamination joints are staggered and stacked then glued into a fully mitred core to accommodate rectangular or circular winding coils.
